A few things you should know
The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere that was much appreciated during our stay. The hot pools and variety of activities provided great entertainment for the entire family.
The cleanliness of certain areas, especially outside the hotel, could use some attention. The rooms, while spacious, had a few maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience.

The location is absolutely breathtaking! The hot springs were refreshing and not too crowded. Our family had access to a variety of activities including ziplining, horse riding, and paintball, which kept both kids and adults entertained. Special thanks to the staff at the La Vita Spa for their exceptional service during treatments and delicious buffet dinners served at the onsite restaurants.
